We are a 'make to order' shop, and we engineer, design and produce parts and products according to customer requests and requirements. Design-2-Part Machine Prototyping
We can work with drawings and ideas to create a prototype from a customer design. We can then work iteratively to quickly make adjustments to the design and the machined prototype until it achieves the intended objective. We use the concepts of agile development to bring ideas to life quickly.
Manufacturing Consulting
We are experienced at looking at manufacturing operations for improvements in efficiency. We can review your processes, plant layout, and equipment to identify opportunities for change with a direct return on investment. We can create machine-based tooling setups for improved workflows. Our lead consultant has over 35 years of manufacturing, engineering and machining experience. We will visit your site for a full day, and if we can't help you improve, we will pick up the entire cost.
Small and Large Quantity Part Runs
Our experienced machinists have extensive machine tooling and set-up skills, enabling top notch quality and fast turn-around service for small runs. For large quantities, we can work together to understand your demand forecast, and create a plan to meet your demand profile on time and with quality delivery.
Engineering Design and 3D Modeling
We offer engineering services including new product development, product design, and feasibility studies. We can also assist in critical periods by doing your excess engineering design work, 3-D modeling, or drawings. Catia software is our primary modeling tool - other software tools available by request. We are experts at taking designs from CAD, 3DXXML, IGIS, and many other file types and translating them to CATIA, and we also translate files from one version of CATIA to another.
Specialty Fixtures, Machines and Tools
Our machine engineers can design solutions to impossible problems. We make hard work easy with specialty fixtures and machines - from explosive down-hole setting tools to aircraft maintenance dollies and fall protection stands. We can also reduce the risk of injury through the use of mechanical advantage in assistive devices for heavy labor.
Project Management
We can provide management and oversight to complete a complicated series of processes for a product. We develop a plan with steps to carry out each process in the correct order and on an agreed upon timeline.
